🛍️ Can I return an item?

Yes — we accept returns on unworn, unused items in their original condition and packaging, returned within 14 days of delivery.

To start a return, please email us at hello@thisedit.com with your order number. We’ll provide you with the return address and next steps.

Please note: Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

🔄 When will I get my refund?

Once your return has been received and checked, we’ll process your refund within 24 hours. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Depending on your payment provider, it may take up to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

💬 Changed your mind or received a faulty item?

If something’s not right with your order — whether it arrived damaged, incorrect, or not as expected — just reach out to us. In many cases, we may offer a refund without requiring a return.
