Order Processing

Please allow 2–3 working days for us to process your order before dispatch.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email. In some cases, tracking may be limited or unavailable depending on the destination and shipping method.

Easy Refund Policy

Changed your mind or not satisfied? No problem — just email us at hello@thisedit.com with your order number and reason.
In many cases, especially for low-cost items or delivery issues, we’ll issue a refund without needing the item back.
If a return is necessary, we’ll provide return instructions. Please note return shipping costs are typically the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. We'll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Tracking is limited depending on the destination. Some international orders may not include full tracking.
